Residues analysis in bee products

The causes of residues in bee products are in principle three points: the pollution, the use of pesticides in agriculture and various measures in a beekeeping operation. At this juncture, the beekeeping have with the inevitable varroacide measures the strongest influence. Therefore, the emphasis is placed on the analytical work of the National Institute. Here, the following analyzes are performed:
- Analysis of varroa treatments and pesticides in honey
- Analysis of antibiotics (sulfonamides) in honey
- Residue analysis in beeswax samples
- Propolis analysis
- Analysis of woods
